Description

Currently, protection values drop to 1/2 their normal value when armor durability hits 50%, then to 1/4 their normal value when durability hits 25% (both rounded down). Resistances remain constant regardless of durability; it should, instead, follow the same losses that protection values do.

Additionally, we may want to reconsider a rebalancing of the loss of protection/resistances as a result of durability loss.
