Tweak both BFG 9000 and BFG 10K to increase their awesomeness.

(In [613]) * added explosion flags HalfKnock? and NoKnock?

  • added IF_SCATTER flag for chain weapons
  • BFG9000 now has half knockback ( refs #90 )
  • BFG10K now has scatter effect and half knockback making it the ultimate asskicker ( closes #90 )
